• アカウント情報: アカウントID(登録なしのゲスト利用時にも自動で発行されます)、メールアドレス(メール登録をした場合のみ)、ニックネーム(ランキングに参加するために自分で入力した場合のみ)。
• 学習の記録: 取り組んだ教材、練習の結果とスコア、XP、練習した日、利用したヒントや表示の種類、やり直しの有無、発音の判定結果(苦手な音の集計を含む)。
• 音声と発話内容: マイクで録音した音声、その文字起こしテキスト、ロールプレイでの会話のやりとり、練習中の解答。
• 利用状況の記録: AI機能の利用回数・処理量・推定費用、エラーの記録、アクセスに伴う通信情報(IPアドレス、ブラウザ・OSの種類、日時)。
• 取得しない情報: 氏名、住所、電話番号、クレジットカード情報、広告識別子。本アプリは広告を表示せず、行動ターゲティングのためのトラッキングも行いません。

• あなたがアプリに入力・選択した内容(メールアドレス、ニックネーム、練習の解答)から取得します。
• 練習の操作結果を、そのつどサーバーに記録します。
• 音声は、あなたが録音ボタンを押したときにだけ端末のマイクから取得します(端末のマイク許可が必要です)。常時録音は行いません。
• アクセスに伴う通信情報は、サーバーのログとして自動的に記録されます。

• 話した内容を文字にし、発音や表現を判定して、その場で練習の結果を返すため。
• ロールプレイの会話相手を務め、ヒントや終了後のふり返りを提供するため。
• 学習の進み具合、XP、ランキングを表示し、利用したヒントなどに応じて支援の量を調整し、次におすすめする練習を表示するため。
• アカウントの認証と、端末をまたいだ記録の引き継ぎのため。
• 不具合の調査、AI利用量の把握と費用管理、不正・過剰利用の防止のため。

取得した情報を、上記の目的以外に利用したり、広告のために第三者へ販売・提供したりすることはありません。

本アプリの練習機能は、以下の外部AIサービスを利用しています。いずれも、アプリ内の同意画面であなたが同意したあとにのみ送信します。同意する前に、これらのサービスへデータが送られることはありません。

これらのサービスへは、メールアドレス、アカウントID、ニックネーム、学習履歴などのアカウントを特定できる情報は送信しません。送信するのは、その練習を処理するために必要な音声・テキストだけです。

各社とは、送信内容をAIモデルの学習に使用しない条件の事業者向けAPIを通じて連携しており、各社はいずれも本ポリシーと同等以上の水準で個人データを保護する旨を自社のプライバシーポリシーおよび事業者向け利用条件で表明しています。本アプリは、その条件が維持されていることを確認したうえで利用します。

同意の取り消し: アプリ内の「アカウント」画面から、いつでも同意を取り消せます。取り消した時点以降、外部AIサービスへのデータ送信は行われず、話す練習は利用できなくなります。

本アプリの運営には、以下の事業者のサービスを利用しています。

• Supabase, Inc.(アメリカ合衆国) — アカウント認証と学習記録のデータベース(プライバシーポリシー)
• Vercel, Inc.(アメリカ合衆国) — アプリのホスティングと通信ログ(プライバシーポリシー)
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)(アメリカ合衆国) — ログイン用コードなどのメール送信(プライバシーポリシー)
• Apple Inc.(アメリカ合衆国) — App Storeを通じた配信(プライバシーポリシー)

これらの事業者はいずれもアメリカ合衆国に所在し、データは同国のデータセンターで取り扱われます。ご利用にあたっては、この国外移転に同意いただいたものとして扱います。

• 録音した音声は保存しません。文字起こしと発音判定のために外部AIサービスへ送り、結果を受け取った時点で破棄します。本アプリのサーバーやデータベースに音声ファイルを保存する仕組みはありません。
• 学習の記録とアカウント情報は、アカウントが存在する間、保存します。
• アプリ内の「アカウント」画面からアカウントを削除できます(登録なしのゲスト利用時は同じ場所の「学習の記録をすべて消す」が同じ操作です)。削除すると、学習記録・XP・発音の記録を含むあなたのデータはすべて連鎖して削除され、元に戻せません。
• サーバーの通信ログは、不具合調査と不正防止のために一定期間保持したのち順次消去されます。

• 通信はすべてHTTPSで暗号化しています。
• データベースは行単位のアクセス制御により、各ユーザーが自分のデータだけを読み書きできるよう制限しています。
• 外部AIサービスのAPIキーはサーバー側にのみ保持し、アプリ側には配置していません。

ログイン状態を保つためのセッション情報、および進み方の設定など一部の表示設定を、端末内に保存します。広告や行動追跡のためのCookie・SDKは使用していません。

本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方は利用しないでください。13歳未満の方の情報を取得したことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。

保有する情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご希望の場合は、 day1english@gmail.com までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、対応します。

内容を変更する場合は、本ページに最新版を掲載します。外部AIサービスへ送る情報や送信先を変更する場合は、アプリ内で改めて同意を求めます。

• Account information: an account ID (also issued for guest use without registration), an email address (only if you register one), and a nickname (only if you enter one to join the leaderboard).
• Learning records: the material you practiced, results and scores, XP, practice dates, the hints and display support you used, whether you retried, and pronunciation assessment results including aggregated weak sounds.
• Voice and speech content: audio recorded with your microphone, its transcription, role-play conversation turns, and your answers during practice.
• Usage records: AI feature usage counts, processing volume and estimated cost, error logs, and access information (IP address, browser/OS type, timestamps).
• Not collected: name, postal address, phone number, credit card information, or advertising identifiers. The App shows no ads and performs no tracking for advertising purposes.

• From what you enter or choose in the App (email address, nickname, spoken answers).
• By recording the outcome of each practice step on our server.
• From your device microphone, only while you actively use the record button and only with the device microphone permission. The App never records continuously.
• Automatically, as server access logs.

• To transcribe what you said, assess pronunciation and wording, and return practice results.
• To act as your role-play conversation partner and provide hints and post-session feedback.
• To show progress, XP, and leaderboards, adjust the amount of support based on the hints you used, and recommend the next practice.
• To authenticate your account and carry your records across devices.
• To investigate defects, manage AI usage costs, and prevent abuse.

We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we never sell or share it for advertising.

The App’s practice features use the third-party AI services listed below. Data is sent only after you grant permission on the in-app consent screen; nothing is sent to these services before you agree.

We do not send your email address, account ID, nickname, or learning history to these services. Only the audio and text required to process that single practice step is sent.

We access these services through their business APIs under terms that do not use submitted content to train AI models, and each provider states in its privacy policy and business terms that it protects personal data to a standard equivalent to or stronger than this policy. We use these services only while those terms remain in place.

Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your permission at any time from the Account screen in the App. After withdrawal, no further data is sent to these services and speaking practice becomes unavailable.

We use Supabase, Inc. (authentication and database), Vercel, Inc. (hosting and access logs), Resend (email delivery for sign-in codes), and Apple Inc. (App Store distribution). All are located in the United States, and data is handled in United States data centers. By using the App you agree to this international transfer.

• Recorded audio is not stored. It is forwarded to the AI services for transcription and pronunciation assessment and discarded once the result is returned. The App has no mechanism to store audio files on our servers or database.
• Learning records and account information are retained while your account exists.
• You can delete your account from the Account screen in the App. Deletion permanently removes all of your data, including learning records, XP, and pronunciation history.
• Server access logs are retained for a limited period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then erased.

All communication uses HTTPS. Database access is restricted with row-level security so that each user can read and write only their own data. API keys for the AI services are held only on the server and are never shipped to the client.

We store a session for keeping you signed in and a few display preferences on your device. We use no advertising or tracking cookies or SDKs.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 13, we will delete it promptly.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact day1english@gmail.com. We will respond after verifying your identity.

We publish the current version on this page. If we change what is sent to third-party AI services or who receives it, we will ask for your permission again inside the App.
